Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients:



Directions:

1. Boil 1 1/2 cups water for boullion cubes in a small pot, add cubes and stir to dissolve them.

2. Melt butter in a large skillet, then brown the ground beef in the skillet.

3. Drain mushrooms (and reserve the liquid), add drained mushrooms and chopped onion to the skillet, and cook for 3 minutes.

4. Remove skillet from heat, and blend in flour, boullion, mushroom liquid, salt, pepper and ketchup. Return to low heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Blend in sour cream and cook for a minute longer.

6. While the above is cooking, prepare the 12 oz of wide noodles as the package directs, then drain noodles. Serve meat mixture over hot noodles.
