1. Cut Mozarella cheese into 12 cubes.
2. In medium bowl with a fork, mix well: bef, bread crumbs, milk, instant minced onion, garlic salt and pepper.
3. Shape into 12 meatballs, using the blocks of cheese as centers for the meatballs; make sure the cheese is completely covered by the meat mixture.
4. On wax paper, coat each meatball lightly with flour. Heta vegetable oil in 12 inch skillet on medium-high heat, and brown meatballs on all sides. Spoon off fat.
5. Add pizza sauce to meatballs in skillet, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and cover for 10 minutes. Serve over rice or spaghetti.
