1. In a large bowl, cream shortening.
2. Blend in sugar, eggs, salt, orange extract, vanilla extract, almond extract.
3. Blend in flour, mix until mixture becomes thick.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
5. Roll out dough between two sheets of wax paper to about 1/4 inch thickness, cut out cookes, and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake cookies at 375F for 8 to 12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
