Cappuccino Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 envelope Maxwell House Cappuccino, Mocha Decaffeinated Flavor (or 3 tablespoons of General Foods International French Vanilla Cafe powder)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust (6 oz)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F. Mix cream cheese, sugar and cappuccino powder in a large bowl until well blended.
2. Add in eggs and milk, blend well. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
3. Bake for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
